The LAB has been my go to place for aesthetics since moving to the White Plains area a few years ago.
Vanessa, the owner and head aestetician is amazing at what she does and helps keep my skin looking great with her customized facials. Attached is a post-facial photo from this past summer; I always leave The LAB feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and glowing! I will not let anyone else touch my face since meeting Vanessa. Her facials are top-notch and she is also the biggest sweetheart!
I also got microblading done at LAB by Ashley this past summer and she’s a true artist! We had a great consult where she mapped my brows then I saw her again for the actual appointment and am extremely happy with the results. Everyone from friends to professional make-up artists have commented on how natural, fluffy and amazing my brows look. It’s all thanks to Ashley! I’ve had microblading by others in the past and she has done the best job thus far.
Also, the space is very clean and super cute. The LAB has found a forever client in me!

BEST FACIALS IN WESTCHESTER!! My boyfriend and i have been seeing Vanessa for over a year for laser tattoo removal, but most recently we have gone to her for hydrafacials. I had the best microblading experience with Ashley! I did heavy research before choosing The L.A.B. and she did not disappoint. She is friendly and soothing, especially because I was a bit nervous to get it done, worried how easily it could go wrong. But she was well informed and really thorough, took her time to map out the brows and knew the color combo to use to make it look natural. Also her cost was reasonable and included both the microblading first session and the retouch. I love how my brows turned out! She is a true artist. Thank you Ashley!

I received my first hydrafacial from Vanessa last week, and honestly I don’t know why I went so many years without one. I’ve battled with oily skin for as long as I can remember, no skin care routine or mattifying makeup products could keep my face from looking slick and shiny by mid afternoon. I was in a wedding this past weekend with hair and makeup done by 10am and the wedding beginning at 6pm. I thought for sure I would be needing to touch up my makeup numerous times before photos and the ceremony but was completely shocked to see my makeup still looked fresh and there was no oil shining anywhere!! I never thought I would ever be able to fix this problem but Vanessa came to the rescue and did! I recommend that everyone go visit Vanessa at the lab for a hydrafacial, she was amazing!!

I need to start this review with saying that I LOVE THE LAB!! The space is charming, intimate, clean, and extreamly well kept. My first visit was with Vanessa in October for a hydrafacial. The whole process was very relaxing, and pretty cool to see what was on my face after she was done. Wow! Vanessa made me feel so comfortable, and gave me all the details of what to expect, and what products I can use after treatment. She even gave me some samples to try. Such an amazing first impression!
My second visit a few days ago was for Microblading. I have struggled with my eyebrows for years after having over plucked in areas which never grew back, and I have tried pencil, powders, gel , and everything else in between. I Contemplated the idea of microblading for a few years now, but never felt really comfortable going to anyone and also seeing several botched jobs, I was extreamly hesitant. After doing some homework and learning The Lab offered this service I booked my appointment. I put my trust in Ashley, and she’s given my brows a new life! All my eyebrows equipment is going straight in the garbage. The shape and shade are absolutely stunning!! She is extreamly detailed and literally has a magic touch. Both these ladies are amazing and true masters of their craft. This is Definitely the start of a beautiful relationship.

I highly recommend The Lab for Microblading. Ashley met me during the consultation and explained in thorough about the procedure including mapping out an outline of what will be filled in. During my actual 1st session everything was sterile and clean. And my brows came out amazing. They are healing perfectly and I am looking forward to my 2nd session for the finishing touches. I would give 100 stars if I was able to!
I loved going to The LAB for my hydrafacial! I was apprehensive at first as I am not one to like people touching my face or doing things like this. Vanessa was so great and calmed me. She did a great job of talking me through the process. After the hydrafacial it was shocking/amazing to see all the dirt that was cleaned out! My face was glowing and hydrated afterwards. I recommend going to The LAB and asking for Vanessa!
I started going to The LAB when the hydrafacial craze hit the market and it was the best decision I’ve made! Everyone there was extremely nice, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Vanessa was the aesthetician and was AMAZING! She is extremely knowledgable on all things beauty and aesthetics. Having been a little nervous, as I am not someone who regularly got facials etc. Vanessa made me feel safe and secure. Overall great experience, I still continue to go to them and have even expanded my horizon on trying additional services they provide
What a clean and amazing experience! The staff is extremely professional and address whatever issues you are going in for! I had the best eyebrow waxing by Ashley! She made me feel comfortable, kept me informed on what was being done and suggested amazing products that did the job! I will definitely be going back and referring friends. The best part of it all is that my eyebrows are so sensitive and I didn’t break out! BRAVO Ashley and the crew at The LAB!
I started going to the LAB a while ago and I love their service! I usually get a hydrafacial and peel with Vanessa and I always walk away super happy. She is very attentive and cares about her clients. She educates you about skin care and talks to you through the process and explains everything perfectly. I highly recommend The Lab and Vanessa.
